• We currently ship within the UK only.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.

• Delivery times may vary during busy periods.
   

Personalised Products

​

Customers are responsible for checking that all uploaded images, spellings, wording, sizes and customisation details are correct before placing an order.

Pawsome Products Wales cannot accept responsibility for customer errors once items have been produced.

Refunds & Returns

​

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered on:

• Personalised items

• Opened treats or chews

• Used pet products

• Partially consumed items

Refunds or replacements may be considered where goods arrive faulty or damaged.
 

Damaged Orders

​

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

• The damaged item

• The packaging

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
